Hailei New Energy participated in Middle East Energy 2026, held at the Dubai World Trade Centre from September 1 to 3, showcasing three product categories: residential energy storage, commercial and industrial (C&I) energy storage, and electric motorcycle batteries.

Over the three-day event, the Hailei team met customers, channel partners and industry professionals to discuss product configurations, system compatibility, energy management requirements and potential projects across regional markets.

Growing Demand for Flexible Energy Solutions

Energy systems across the Middle East are evolving in response to rising electricity demand, renewable energy deployment and the need for reliable power. Cooling, desalination, urban development, industrial activity and digital infrastructure are among the drivers shaping regional electricity consumption.

The International Energy Agency has reported that electricity consumption in the Middle East and North Africa roughly tripled between 2000 and 2024, while cooling and desalination are expected to account for nearly 40% of additional demand through 2035. The UAE Energy Strategy 2050 also sets out ambitions to expand renewable energy and invest in the country’s energy transition. Together, these trends are increasing interest in energy storage and smarter power management.

Residential Storage: The HERO Battery Series

For residential applications, Hailei presented its HERO wall-mounted battery series, covering capacities of approximately 5 kWh to 16 kWh. The range is designed for solar self-consumption, everyday energy management and backup power applications.

Depending on the configuration, the batteries support wall-mounted or floor-standing installation and compatibility with multiple mainstream inverter brands. Optional features include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and an Arabic-language touchscreen interface, helping tailor the user experience to local needs.

C&I Storage: Solutions for Different Project Sizes

Hailei also showcased a 50 kW/125 kWh outdoor air-cooled energy storage system designed for solar-plus-storage integration. Potential applications include peak shaving, load management and renewable energy utilization in industrial parks and charging facilities. System capacity can be expanded to meet project requirements.

For indoor applications, its 241 kWh air-cooled system uses a modular, stackable design and supports app-based monitoring and flexible capacity expansion. It is intended for sites such as commercial buildings, offices, industrial parks and charging infrastructure.

Power Batteries for Electric Two- and Three-Wheelers

Hailei’s electric motorcycle battery series was another focus at the show. Using lithium iron phosphate chemistry and reinforced structural design, the batteries are developed to meet the safety, reliability and durability requirements of electric two- and three-wheeled vehicles.

Connecting with Customers and Partners

Beyond product demonstrations, the exhibition offered an opportunity to hear directly from customers about application requirements and regional market conditions. Hailei will continue refining its battery and energy storage solutions while developing international channels and service capabilities to support future cooperation.
